New Shape and Feel of PlacemAd.com

The official website of Placem'Ad Advertising assumed a new look on August 21, 2009. It is also now loaded with more content that targets distinct audiences. Placemad.com now has distinct tabs for Advertisers, Agents, Restaurants and Franchisees. There are also distinct tabs for Active Areas and the Contact Us form. The tab for restaurants contain the names and addresses of partner restaurants. The building of the list of restaurants is on-going as we sign in more restaurant partners. The site will soon be loaded with online slides and video presentations for prospective agents who want to know more about the freelance sales agent opportunity that we offer. "Our vision is to make the site an online office and conference room, where people can transact with us without having to go to Antipolo City," says Antony Thor, General Manager.

Placem'Ad Has New Logo

Placem'Ad Advertising has changed its logo from an aqua-colored star to yellow fork and plate symbols on a red background. The red and yellow combination make the logo more dynamic and "appetizing." The fork and plate symbols convey the image of a restaurant table, while the red background convey the image of an exciting and colorful paper placemat underneath the plate. "We want a logo that speaks in one glance about what we do, in an exciting and appetizing way. We think this is it" says Antony Thor, General Manager of Placem'Ad Advertising. The new logo now appears on placemat versions and collaterals starting July 2009.

Placem'Ad Moves to New Office

In July 15, 2009, Placem'Ad Advertising moved to its own office at Room 312, FBM Building, 165 ML Quezon St., Antipolo City. "As a start-up, we used to occupy a corner of the office of Bluemind, a sister company of Placem'Ad. The move to the new office is a signal to our clients and partners that we are serious about placemat advertising," says Marvin Macatol, the Managing Partner. The new office also serves as a seminar room for freelance agents. On selected Saturdays, Placem'Ad gives two-hour presentations to prospective agents using multi-media equipment. On other days, anyone interested to know more about how to be an agent can visit the office and watch the video presentations.
