Why Foodcourts?

We deploy tray liners in food courts or mall dining areas of selected SM malls (North EDSA, San Lazaro, Marikina, Valenzuela and, soon, Makati); as well as in Ayala Market Market Food. Every month, more than 800,000 people eat in these food courts. These diners use a food tray to carry their meals to the table and spend 20-30 minutes in the food court. They are a captured audience for tray liner advertising.
But, why food courts?
1. Diners are in a very relaxed mood in the food court.
In the food court, diners may be in a hurry to eat upon arriving. But they'll soon relax and chat as they get their fill. This is far in contrast to streets, aisles and alleys where people are in a rush to get to their destination.
2. They have lots of time to notice and appreciate the ads and coupons.
The other thing about food courts is that people spend lots of time there --- between 20 - 30 minutes. That's a lot of time to capture their attention into your attractive hard-to-say-no offers. Secondly, the tray liners are way within the reach of their hands and they can easily tear out the ad or coupon they want.
3. The foodcourts are just a walk away from the stores in the mall.
Lastly, once diners have the coupons in their hands, there's no excuse for not coming to your store to either redeem your promo or at least find out what you're offering. After all, your store is just a walk away from the food court. Once they're in your store, of course your sales staff would know what to do.
